ST5000 Videoconferencing

Hi,

I have a ST5000 and have a few questions.

1) Is there a limit to the number of entries in addressbook?
2) Can the ST5000 do URI dialing, ie can it call Tandberg/Polycom URI's? dial strings.
3) How do you limit the call rate in a conference call. It seems to be 1920 on my unit no matter what I try and set the call rate.

Lastly, the AAC-LD and AAC-LC codecs seem to be missing under call quality and I cannot select G.728

Thanks,
azprin

Hi

Here are the answers to your questions:

1) The upper limit is 512 contacts.

2) Dialing using URIs will work as long as the Xcaster is registered on a gatekeeper that supports this.

3) When dialing a contact in the address book, you can specify the call rate by editing the conctact information. After selecting the contact, click "Edit" and change bandwidth.
