I am unable to transfer files wirelessly from the EX 4000

Actions taken (trial run on both windows XP and windows 7 environment):

Setup the shared folder, confirmed sharing capabilities.
Allowed access without a password to sharing folder. Allowed read/write access to all.
Confirmed wifi function of camera by connecting to an outside router and pointing to the IP address.
Connected to the pixavi network. full connected detected on camera and computer.
Run the sync feature.

The sync feature will always return "Windows Share not available"
