VisiWear ST 3500 specifications
Introduction
The VisiWear 3500 series combines high end video processing, miniature electronics and adcanced pheripheral design into a rugged package. The result is a unique and advanced mobile video conferencing platform that offers telepresence like performance. It has built in technologies such as video conferencing, telepresence, video streaming and 802.11n networking for increased wireless range and capacity. It features Bluetooth support for connection to wireless headsets.
The 3500 series can be worn as a belt pack or via a neck strap. Once connected to our XcamHD it can transmit HD video in real time over 802.11 networks. Using our Xcam_Mini miniature camera the user can thereby wear the camera on a helmet, glasses or similar. Any other video source, being standard definition or high definition can be used.
802.11n networking
The product features the new 802.11n networking standard. Not only that, but it supports all the bells and whistles of the 802.11n standard: It has both 2,4 + 5 ghz radios as well as 3+3 radio support. This increases both the coverage, video quality, quality of service, and the multipart call capacity. Combined with WPA2 enterprise security it should satisfy most customer requirements.
Hands free audio support + Bluetooth
The device has a built in digital microphone and a high performance speaker (1W) to ensure hands free. Combined with the onboard echo cancellation, the user is ensured excellent audible quality.
Lightweight, rugged and compact construction
The VisiWear codec is housed in a well constructed aluminum chassis and weighs only 550 grams, despite the advanced performance, technology and certifications it holds. The combination of light weight and rugged materials makes it able to withstand drops of up to 2 meters on a concrete floor.

Featuring ports for USB, Wifi, Bluetooth, Ethernet, PoE, Audio in, Audio out, Microphone In, Video in, HD in, Video out, HD out, the VisiWear 3500 series can take on pretty much any Audio, Video or Data peripheral out there.

Tripod mount
The VisiWear 3500 series can be mounted on a standard camera/camcorder tripod in case of stationary and fixed installations where the operator wants the camera to monitor a specific event over a longer period of time.
