Xtag product overview

The Xtag is an intrinsically safe and explosion proof wireless location tag (RFID) that features wifi networking (802.11g). The product can locate any object or personell with precise positioning (up to 2 meters precision) and provides an excellent method of keeping track of personell and equipment in hazardous area. The product is bundled with a software server solution that distributes position and alarm information in a web interface for the end users and system administrators.

The Xtag is Intrinsically safe and can be used on chemical plants, refineries, mines etc. This IS RFID tag can report a position in any indoor or outdoor environments. It offers an accurate and economic solution to keep track of assets.

 

Having full control over assets, equipment and personnel can result in cost savings and safety improvements. Asset managment systems can be tied up to the Xtag system resulting in a versatile solution

 

Web based
